We did a multiple property assemblage for a Publix development/client at Five Forks In Simpsonville,SC during which time we were able to negotiate the sale of an 11 acre adjoining property.
We had been working with a NC speculative investor who purchased the property, granted a lease to a cable tower, sold the lease and paid for the site. Several years later as the multi-family market began to turn we approached a local apartment developer with whom had previously done site work and successfully placed a 160 unit apartment project.
